Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro and Teams subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription. Refunds outside this window are considered on a case-by-case basis.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@dummifai.com from the email address associated with your account, including your order ID or subscription ID. Refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
- First-time subscribers within 14 days of purchase.
- Duplicate charges or billing errors.
- Service outages that materially impact your ability to use the API (reviewed case-by-case).
Refunds are not typically available for:
- Subscription renewals beyond the first billing cycle (unless a billing error occurred).
- Accounts that have exceeded reasonable usage thresholds of the paid plan.
- Violations of our Terms of Service.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges. Access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — if you qualify under Section 1 above, submit a refund request separately.
5. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through direct support. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
